The game is fanstastic, and gives me a lot of DA:O vibes with how the camp system and companion dialogue system works. It really feels like you're influencing most of the major events in the story, and has a tremendous amount of side content. The companion characters are really well written, and excellently acted. They all have very unique personalities and the VA's to a great job of portraying them. However, Act3 feels like it was rushed to get the game released so decisions start to not matter as much. This extends to major events surrounding the ending, no spoilers here but I think it's important to point out, where some events play out in a nonsensical way and you completely unable to influence it. You're trapped in making a specific major decision without being able to find am obvious logical alternative that would work for all parties, the game forces you to choose between bad choices. Ther are also some missing aspects in the epilogue that will hopefully be added in patches, they've already added some in Patch 2 so chances are good. Overall the game is excellent, but I hope they rework the ending routes a little to make them more meaningful and give the player more choice.

The devs did an excellent job with the remake, it's very fun an looks great. All the excellently cheesy writing is as I remember it, and the controls feel responsive and enjoyable. It's a bit buggy at launch, cars drive through buildings and I get the occasional crash but there's nothing game-breaking or severe.
