If you are here to buy a game like this, it is only because you played it when you were young, just like me. Let me explain briefly: 1- it is a very old and cumbersome game; 2- it is very well edited in terms of historical reconstructions (there is a history manual to read inside); 3- the game mechanics are not at all agile or engaging; 4- the combat system is archaic; 5- but it is Legions... I grew up with it, it ‘initiated’ me into PC turn-based strategy games and I love it. In its own way it is difficult and hard to play. If you are a lover of the genre it is a must buy. On the technical side: the porting to the latest operating systems works well. I personally tested it on Linux using Wine and it worked fine. I recommend it but...only for strong and very patient hearts.
