Hi All, I was having problems in Win 7 as well (settings wouldn't save, and game crashed after you get the boat). I found that if you run both exe files (the setup and the game itself) with Admin rights, they both work fine. You can right click on the files, and check the "Run as Administrator" box on their Compatibility tabs so they run this way every time. I just tested this, and mine works now.
