Simple collision mechanic: you are hit therefore you go backwards aka you are hit by a boulder and therefore flung INTO the impact instead of across the room if your back is to the boulder. If you ever find yourself stuck, especially for the challenges you will find a great deal of gameplay is merely spent walking back and forth to where you need to go again - this would be acceptable when the obstacle is an enemy but the game has puzzles as well - and its to its detriment that it doesn't suspend its combat mechanics when you're at such a point - or at the very least a closer respawn. The game has promise, but needs work to meet that potential - I don't know that even if they are still working on it, they won't get bored of dealing with the nuances. In short I wish I had waited and will see if I can return the game without losing the rest of the bundle I bought it in.
