It's very easy and the story is somewhat predictable when you're halfway through but it was still very enjoyable.The setting, characters and suspense all made it a worthy purchase, if you can get it on special for under $10 then it's a steal.
One of the greats for sure but very linear compared to Baldurs gate 1 , alot easier than Baldurs Gate 1 where even the first battle at the candlekeep inn was highly challenging since you may have only 4HP on your character.The other issue was having 80,000 gold at the end of the game but with nothing to spend it on. Everyone else has already gone over the good points of the game , to reiterate well worth the money but still not as good as BG1.
