Click on search bar, type ransomware, open ransomware protection, click on block history, in the list you can select what was recently blocked and you will see fallout 3 exe and the launcher blocked. allow it. or you can select controlled folder access settings, allow an app through controlled folder access, press add an allowed app, press recently blocked apps or all apps, add it to the list of exceptions. or you can turn off controlled folder access altogether. up to you. this fixed the game and it works. both gog and steam versions.
what i love about this game in particular is that with gog they did everything to make sure it runs perfectly even on a windows 10 PC. all the video and advanced options maxed out dont make the game crash and if you just follow this: http://www.mohreborn.com/ you will be able to play ONLINE!!!!! :D i love this game it is a childhood memory and i LOVE GOG for making this classic work so well. personally this is the best rayman game ever made so far. much more fun than origins and legends, and better than the rayman games previous to it. some may prefer the 2d origins style games and some may prefer the very first rayman game but this hit the sweet spot for me - 3D linear platforming with a great mix of environments, bosses, and gameplay. you will love this game even if you are not a rayman fan but like platformers to the likes of jak and daxter, crash bandicoot, ratchet and clank.
