This, to me, is what a perfect Sim City game is. Perfect parts whimsy and strategy along with an awesome soundtrack. I also appreciate the fact that you can build your own structures for use in the game, which you could share online/with friends. I remember being in school, reading the manual for this game and dreaming of buildings to create. Maybe I am a little biased ;P
