It is a little on the rough side, and there doesn't seem to be any fixes. But, it is playable, and it is Saints row 2.
This is awesome. Fits really well into the Fallout universe without touching the main line games. I'm a huge fan of the film Threads as well so seeing all the UK nuke preperation stuff in this was a real nice touch. It's not without flaws. I've had to add a few mods on there to get it running smoothly. And I keep getting that nasty rusty face bug. Plus a few texture glitches. And the odd crash. But, I get that with a Bethesda game anyway. Overall it feels like another New Vegas type spin off. And it's not like we're going to get another single player Fallout anytime soon.
