I first played this game when it was released in the late 90s - I want to say '98 or '99? - and I fell in love with it, although admitttedly I wasn't able to beat/complete it until I got the book, haha. There are so many moving pieces and fun little plot twists, and the characters are two-dimensional but still entertaining. It's very much a game of the late 90s, so take that as you will, haha.
