... feeling that the majority of the positive reviews are written by gamers new to "Torment" and haven't played PS:T. While the majority of the negative reviews are by gamers who had played PS:T in the past. What I've read, now convinced me to NOT play this game. Not so much because it seems to be quite different to PS:T. But, because what it sums up to is simply a collection of properties that in combination make a very bad game, no matter in what variation. I loved PS:T (even so it had its "pain in the ass" moments). And I imagine, I would hate T:TON. There is food that gets even more delicious, when warmed up the next day. And there is food that tastes rather awful, when done so. PS:T ⇒ T:TON seems to make the latter kind. WHAT A PITTY !!! R.I.P. PS:T
It's a damn repetitive grind of a game. The beginning is engaging. Then, every additional hour in the game, is less engaging, more enraging and boredom is growing. After 10 hours or so, I was ready to quit and uninstall. Thereafter, I regretted my time spent with this game. Even worse, I slowly realized - I had become a cat hater. Now, I spend my time hunting and torturing cats in the real world. In my nightmares, that is. I am ready to sue the devs for their game ruining my mental health and my love for cats.
AVOID AT ANY MEANS! Stupid boring gameplay plus everything else extra stupid on top. With extra extra stupid dialogues in puberty-minded nonsense slang talk. IF YOU HAVE SOME BRAINS LEFT, YOURSELF, DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME! Not everyone should be allowed to make games and publish them. These un-devs and their products deserve a lifelong ban from the universe we live in. SAVE YOUR MONEY, SAVE YOUR MIND !
