It's Homeworld alright. Great story but it has way quite a few gameplay flaws that keep it from being as enjoyable as HW1&2. For example you can't skip cut scenes, there are no formations for your units and you can't even properly position them so that they face in the direction you want them to face. It's a decent game that likes to annoy you.
