For me the expansion was super fun and emotionally devastating as I expected from cyberpunk world. 5 stars are heavily subjective, and(considering plenty of bugs and dissapointments gameplay wise) it should not deserve it, but for me to relieve the cyberpunk adventure once again after 3 years was like a christmas gift wrapped in feels. Sure you will get crashes, sure you probably will get overpowered fast and gonna play one weapon/hack for eternity and sure there are more bugs here than in a mattress of a homeless man, but boi is it worth it. It looks great, it sounds great, it makes you feel things and if you enjoyed base game i do not see why you would skip this.
