Some of the quests are utterly broken. (ring fights..) Some quests are just broken. And some quests are utterly stupidio. Developers decided to balance a game for a single player. Oh, ugh uh. I guess its written multiplayer somewhere, i just cant find out where. Assault rifles are, i wanted to say crap, but i dont want to insult crap itself. Police spawning from thin air. 2 years, and we still have police with teleporting system. Niceee. Returning to balancing. Enemies one shot you from 100m distance with a crappy tier1 pistol, even if you have highest tier armor. Yess! For the sake of balance. No one even cares that you can finish the game by just poising everyone. (A little scum guideline here. Invest points into intelect and spam poisoning. Easiset way to clear all missions, interest points and everything else. You wont even gave to encounter enemy for the rest of the gameplay) Balance. xD
