first 100 hours of the game you spend as a helpless basically npc with a sword. the controls and ui are over produced. need to jump on a horse in a hurry? no, prepare to view its stats and inventory (for some reason) when you press E. have a sword equipped? make sure to press two buttons before you even pull the sword out. im sure some people think this is relaly fun, but I don't think it is.
Seriously thank you GOG the updates to this game are awesome and its 100% compatible in 2025. Runs perfectly. If I had to complain about anything it would be the lack of widescreen options, although I don't know how easy that would be.
This game is probably great on a computer that fits it. Everything about windows 11 and mouse settings and core affinity and refresh rates yada yada, is hindering every part of being able to enjoy this game. Although spending some time on it im sure you can get it to run fine. Great Game, Difficult Port
