Random FPS drops happen all the time on a modern PC too. I wanted to play this so bad, but one minute you are at 100+ FPS, and then it will drop to 10 FPS. Stay in the same area and then FPS will go back up again. Same area! Changing settings does not fix it. Ruins the game.
