GOG's install is missing a significant number of files, which breaks the game. There is a fix available from an *outside* website. Customers have linked to that website in the community forums. GOG has not answered multiple customers' support emails regarding the problem. GOG does not link to the download needed to fix their broken product in the support forums. GOG has apparently made no effort to include the missing files in their installer. GOG continues to sell this game with no warning that it WILL NOT WORK until customers fix GOG's mistake. GOG has displayed horrible customer service and has no qualms about selling a broken product. Don't buy NWN here, and, before you buy any of their other games, consider whether you want a game that can actually be played.
