It's really simple in its structure, you don't have tons of things to do or openworld mega map... but what the game delivers, it delivers really good and fun! A superb card based combat system, clever, with many possibilities, that makes you want a real card game based on it! And if you choose the hardest difficulty, it asks from you to seriously strategize, or die otherwise! :-D Characters are nice and I love them all, the story is simple but feel nice to follow. Music is also a good part of it, it's always pleasant to listen, and some battle themes will rock you! :-) I give 5 stars because even if it's not an unavoidable masterpiece and it's not a gamechanger of sort, it delivers a very good experience, with a unique personality. It's worth those 8 euros, but if you take it for 2 (and now is on sale) you MUST buy it. :-)
Everything this game does, it does it wonderfully. Good action, good ideas, good funny story, good characters and world, suitable graphic and music, great atmosphere... I could go on forever. Super good job programmers! I will surely buy and play also the third installment! :D <3
I like to play it, it's captivating, and original indeed. But controls does not respond very well, especially directioning the character. Devs: play Death's Door, and take inspiration from that kind of feedback, which is very satisfying and makes you feel effective and responsive. I hope you'll take out the best from the game with Moonlighter 2.
Simple but charming story, inspired world and art, fantastic sound/music, smooth gameplay. Love indie gems like this one, often more than AAA productions. Parents, this is very suitable also for children. <3

Really poor resmastering.. just to make cash.. -_- Back drawings are the originals, and so it is for the sound and voices. You play in 4:3 aspect ratio, but if you don't mind playing with stretched image, you can swith in 16:9... yeah you read right, they are kidding us putting a 16:9 option in the "special features" option menu, and when you choose it you can see a wonderful stretched 16:9... The only thing they did is remaking the characters model.. well, you had really hard work out there. I'm glad Grim Fandango is out again, I'm just saying that if you do a remastering and ask money for that.. well.. DO the remastering, not pretend to!!
Mouse controls are screwed up, graphic it's not real HD, no options for graphic nor controls, map scroll is not good, and not full screen cutscenes.. was it relly so difficult to pick up the original game and make it compatibile with modern Windows? Z is a 5 star game, but this version really sucks.. Let's hope they'll change it for good or, at least, patch it to make it more close to the original.. I'm really disappointed, and it's not worth buyin' as far as I'm concerned..
I love this game because it's addictive! A very good job, and all my support goes to authors genuine like these ones who make this game. :-) Just a couple of thing which could be better: Combat is a bit repetitive, although excellent.. I miss more looting, weapons are few, and spells too.. got two mages in the party, but they manage to use always the same two spells because the scrolls lack in the game.. Great game! Had already 5/6 hours playing.. puzzles are very clever! Good job! :-D
