I've already written a review for Fallout: New Vegas, which is a modern successor to this game, albeit without the zany 4th wall breaks
The choices you make in Fallout: New Vegas aren't about what you, the player believe in. They're about what the character you've created believes, and this brings a lot of replay value and hundreds of hours of great content. Also, the post-apocalyptic cowboy setting featuring cannibalism is funny.
