The Curse of Monkey Island™

The best point and click adventure ever

He is Guybrush Threepwood, mighty pirate! And he is not afraid to tell you. Curse of Monkey island is the best point and click game ever, in my opinion. This game got the usual Lucas Arts charm you also find in Day of the Tentacle, Full Throttle, the othe 2 Monkey island games, (yes, there is only 3 of them...nothing happened after this one, nope, nothing, didnt happen). This means creative puzzles, lovely artdesign, silly humor, great stories, interesting characters, catchy music which will be stuck in your ears for years to come, and so much more. If you havent played this before, prepare yourself for zombie pirates, pirate barbers (who sings lovely btw), love, monkeys, voodoo, swordfighting with insults, el pollo el diablo, drinkmixing, coffinsalesmen, lost treasure, insurance fraud (technically not, but still), dandruff, jawbreakers and more. How do all this things connect? Play it to find out. If you are like me, just buy it...just...buy it. Relive the days of old, when games were fun. Murray, the powerful, demonic skull commands you to buy and play it! He will bite you if you dont

Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun

Steath tactics at its finest

This is an excellent addition to a gamegenre i thought died with Commandos 2. As everyone else, i played the demo, got hooked, and bought the real deal. If you fondly remember the old Commandos games, you owe it to yourself to play this game. Try the demo, and I guarantee you will buy the full game. Features: - 5 different heroes with vastly different skills and approach to gameplay - Fluid animations - Great feedback from the game. When you fail, you know exactly why. - Enemy AI is mostly on point. Different enemies act differently - Forgiving for some errors. If the alarm is raised, guards will look for you, but the mission isnt an instant failure. However, the guards will not just leave. They will stay around, making it harder for you to complete the mission. - An optional save-reminder. A clock that shows how long it is since last save. Very useful for forgetful types like myself. Can be turned off - You can queue actions, 1 pr character, and execute them all at the same time by pressing enter. - Easy to use ui, with hotkeys that makes sense. - Love the setting. You can even choose between english and japanese voiceover. - Looks great. Lots of detailed environments but not cluttered. - Runs great. No issues as of yet
