Has nothing to do with the original bloodlines. Combat is like trying to play the arkham games in first person, with low fov and only the dodge key. Enemies can stun lock the player easily. Over half of the game is a walking simulator. Buy this on a deep sale only.
This games difficulty spikes between missions in the same area, so hard it's insane. Every enemy in an area will hit at once killing you instantly.

This game is inspired by some of the best old school fps, like heretic, hexen, and quake. But it stands above them in some ways, it also has its style. Unless you hate old school fps games buy it.
