Absolute Drift

It's Not You, It's Me (I Think)

I'm sure this game is great for a certain crowd of enthusiastic gearheads, but if you're only a moderate racing fan or have only a passing knowledge of the physics required for drifting, look elsewhere. The tutorial is a cruel joke; a Buddha statue shoves you into the world with a few smarmy lines and an abridged controls list, and expects perfect donuts before you can even drive in a straight line. Difficulty settings are also a prank, seeing as the lower levels actively block your ability to initiate and maintain the drifts the whole thing is built around and named after. You might be able to limp on for a while, but soon there will be a wall, and you will hit it. Hard. While ugly black lines are nauseatingly scrapped along the pristine white surfaces. And DnB inexplicably drones on in the background. How very Zen.
