Awesome game of old. Cannot be compared to newer version as this mostly is about strategic settings and environment of Win95. On other side, its got complexity never seen elsewhere. Wanna build Death Star or two more? No problem. Wanna get Luke to a Jedi Master? Be my guest. Wanna build and wage war in ancient-era 3D space battle with Rebel vs. Imperium spaceships and starfighters, you are on the right place. Just, the game is not easy to learn, but achieving the superpower is awesome.
