I, like many, absolutely love the original Diablo. As soon as I hear that familiar music I immediately get the nostalgic feels and drift right back into it like I never left. The original is very dated however. The Belzebub MOD brings high res textures and many tweaks and fixes that make this timeless classic even better than you remember it. Load up the original, apply this MOD, and hack and slash to your hearts content.
This overhauled version does not include anything new really content wise. That being said, if you've never played it before this is a great way to get it with all the DLC. It is much more visually pleasing than the original and runs great on modern rigs. There are a few bugs here and there but it was only released a couple days ago so I imagine these things will be addressed by the devs as they come up. NWN2 was a solid sequel to the original Neverwinter Nights. The campaigns are engaging and fun and the title boasts the ability to create custom modules and run your own games in them with friends. That part alone is worth the download. I played custom modules with friends in both NWN and NWN2 and it was a blast. Hopefully this remastered version will bring in some new folks who want to experience Neverwinter Nights 2 multiplayer.
While the gameplay may be similar to many titles you've enjoyed in the past, Grim Dawn stands out from the rest for its unique storylines and its incredible environments. It is honestly fun and without too much grind. The game is updated frequently and there are some fantastic DLCs to keep you entertained for weeks or months. Excellent replayability.
One of the first games I got after getting Windows 95. A true classic of the CRPG genre. From the moment I heard that TRON-like music score on the load screen I was hooked. Can't believe I overlooked it on GOG for so long. This game is incredibly immersive considering the limitations of computing power at the time. Incredible story, music, and artwork. Well worth a run through whether for nostalgia's sake or if you've never seen it before, either way you will thoroughly enjoy it.
So psyched to find this here on GOG. Not sure how I overlooked it for so long. A nostalgic blast from the past. This is a hidden gem of an RTS that is fun as hell. I originally got this back in 2001 near release day and I remember being blown away by it @ the time. The learning curve is fairly easy but the game is challenging nonetheless. It has a great storyline as well. You'll need a patch to run on Windows 10 to fix the resolution and sound issues but it is readily available and easy to install. Gameplay control is similar to Star Trek Armada games so if you enjoy those you will love this.
An OLDY but GOODY from waaaaay back in the day. The nostalgia is palpable and the game is as fun as it was when it came out back in 2000. Not just another Diablo clone, this title definitely stands on it's own. Another cool feature is that it features an entirely different single player campaign for each character class. Make sure to run in compatability mode for windows98/me or it will crash on startup.
