This mod is one of the most famous and also probably the best choice to upgrade the base game, staying in line with the original idea and gameplay. It provides a huge number of fixes, improvements, new spells and artifacts, some rework to old spells and much more. Also it has two more factions. In my opinion this mod is actually a must have.

I dont know how ppl can find this game so cool and addictive, consider i really hate "clicker" games or such kind of games too. The game is boring and very repetitive, its grind based built around doing nothing else, and it does not involve much strategy compared to other strategy games/ turn based games / card games, you can get in comparison. I dont see much fun or satisfaction playing it, I agree the concept is quite fresh, or better may be, the concept is quite "trendy" for new generations of gamers who wants very fast and casual things to play, but the gameplay is not for me, also the full price tag is really expensive considered you can easily buy a couple of really great games with the same money.

I picked this knowing its sold as "relaxing building game", usually I like puzzle games, and also building games, still the gameplay here is really super thin and repetitive, its not fun at all, at least for me. Btw I dont find it even relaxing, as experience I find this one less involving then windows solitaire, so maybe someone may like it but not me, also I dont get the price tag tbh, you can get a lot of great games spending less.

Im a huge fan of of turn based tactics game and rpgs. I played wasteland 2 and most of the falluot and inspired by games, most of the "balldures gate" kind of rpgs, x-com etc etc etc. My fav is still jugged alliance 2 modded 1.13 btw as turn based strategy game... This game is very good, it has a lot of quality of life imrpovements compared to the old titles, it has a very solid and rewarding turn based combat system, where tactics, positioning, wepaons type and weapons mods are key factors to win the battles. The story is very good, even if its quite short and mostly on rails compared to most of the others rpgs out there. Im not a huge fan of the "choice matters" kind of games, but this is one of those, where if you want you can replay the game picking different choices to see how things will go, still i dont like so much this system as i dont like to play doing choices i would not do just to check the results. The main critic i could tell about the game is that the game unlocks new weapons and armors with an "hidden" progression system, so tbh you really "see" those steps in the game and its not really realistic or welcome as immersion, and also it gives the idea that pushing fast is more rewarding that going at your own peace in the game. I dont have the dlc expansion, ive read it adds not much so i decided to skip it. Told that I surely liked this game a lot and i would really like to play more games like this. I consider this one by far better then Wasteland 2, even if this one is smaller as world and story.

I finished my first playthrough in around 100 hours, 43% achievements, visiting every location, at normal difficulty, which is very easy but still fun to play tbh if you are used to turn based startegy in general. I give 5 stars cause the game is very polished, it has a really good and rewarding turn based combat, a lot of modern quality of life things for an RPG, its interesting, funny, and every aspect is really good (maybe crafting a little sub par but not bad anyway). Tbh i finished it in around 10 days and i felt i wanted a more tbh, its so good that i had the feeling ive put less time into it. The only complain is that as an rpg its really way toooooo linear, its absolutely on rails and its a big letdown for me, but i give anyway the 5 stars cause the game is so very well made in every aspect that i decided i would like to play more anyway.
