I was expecting an RTS Table-Top like Wargame from this game, what I got was an almost unplayable RTS Wargame with RTS Stealth Strategy audio that eventually turned into an RTS Stealth Strategy game without view cones.
Pretty complete, but lacking in hand to hand combat. Also, the beany bag rounds aren't effective enough. Makes this game tough if you want 100% non-lethal arrests. GOG version comes with some decent (I think) modding tools (map editor, scenario editor, etc) AND some modding help documents. The team picking part of the Career mode is pretty booooooooring.....
