I love decision-based games, mostly because I like the gut feeling of the 'what if...' after you made a decision, but this game it just pure art. To the point that I'm considering it my favorite game of all time. The game has a lot of cinematics or interactive scenes, and a little of just you moving around searching for stuff (beware players that don't like this kind of things). As my avatar screams, I'm a huge fan of Metal Gear series, so I'm very used to grab popcorn and enjoy a long-ass cinematics. The ambience, the music, the development of characters, even the photography (no pun intended) is amazing and very beautiful. The game only went better with each episode, and never had a downhill moment. As it happened to me with 'Heavy Rain', even though I wanted to replay it, I just couldn't. The choices you make, are the ones that you must stick with, that's the experience of life (besides the game mechanic itself but you understand what I mean). As Evangelion said "you can(not) redo". Even if you don't like this type of games, give it a try. You'll enjoy it and most important, you'll remember it.
