On my laptop the game has always been excellent. I never experienced all the disastrous bugs that people reported (only saw minor glitches). After completing a playthrough I only came back to do a few remaining gigs and enjoy the city to its fullest. But I have never been attracted by a new playthrough. Too much would have been the same. Patch 2.0 made me come back. And boy I like it. So much so that I also invested in PL. I honestly don't understand all the hate: this game is beautiful, fun, deep. Simply put, it's a masterpiece.
