Cyberpunk 2077

Fairly good, but unimpressive

Based on v1.04-1.05. ASUS Z390-F STRIX ASUS 2060RTX Super STRIX Intel i5-9600k (OC, but forgot values) G.Skill Trident Z Royal 3200mhz 32gb Samsung 970 EVO+ / Aorus RGB M.2 NVMe Default graphics settings were all max except for Screen Space Reflections Quality (Ultra, out of Psycho). Using Autonomous ReShade - True HDR mod with the Samurai preset with Lightroom , AmbientLight , FXAA , with some values slightly altered for personal taste. DLSS . Standing outside the apartment at the bottom of the steps near the street looking toward the "Brain Wash" sign with it at the top of the screen, I'm getting 40+fps. Which is true everywhere in Watson. I have seen shimmering/shifting textures, usually large signs but very rare. Once a fleet of vans spawned infront of me as I was loading a save but promptly disappered quickly before the world fully rendered. Once, after a battle 4 or 5 bodies despawned after combat state ended. These are vary unique and rare instances. So far, nothing has happened in CP77 that hasn't happened in any Fallout or TES game. World actually renders better and faster than any Bethesda or recent Ubisoft Division 2, Wildlands, or Breakpoint. That being said, the driving element is certainly no Need For Speed Underground and I hate the camera for driving since it doesn't follow behind your vehicle like it should. Needs more driving camera options. Handling of the vehicles I've driven so far all remind me of Wildlands and Breakpoint vehicles. Stealth is weak. Long range silenced shot to the head of an outside guard or camera can trigger guards inside buildings if they are inside the Magic Cirlce of Omnipotent Hearing. Using melee(sword) one-hit kill alerts everyone as well. If you don't press 'F' then you alert people. Clothing options are limited. Pointless character creation options for 1st person-centric gameplay. Can't even see your face in cutscenes and sometimes your shadow has no head. Game looks good but nothing new.
