Yes I'm giving it 5 stars, HEAR ME OUT, OKAY? Firstly, the day one patch helped Massively. Half the NPCs did look like swamp monsters before rendering in properly since my PC could be a little better, but that never happens for me now. They do still need to load in a little occasionally, but not nearly to the monstrous extent as before. Cars also need to load a little bit still, and sometimes the AI is a little gonk (loving all the slang, choom is great), but for the most part it's okay. The game does start to chug hard after I've been running it for a few hours, so I need to quit and restart, but it's a pretty demanding game. Still, it could do better with optimization. Keep improving there. The gameplay otherwise: Oh My Lordy. It is FANTASTIC. It's so much fun? Since I first loaded it up I pretty much didn't stop playing. I didn't sleep for two days. Had the house to myself for the weekend and played it for about 28 hours straight with only 2 breaks (only because the game lagged hard, as I said, running too long). I haven't had this much fun in a game in. I honestly don't know how long? Probably since Fallout 4 came out and I just 'NEW FALLOUT BINGE IT WHAT IS SLEEP', and FO4 was NOT this much fun. The driving around with the radio on, passing something interesting and hopping out, shooting up some gangsters, buying new stuff, is very GTA/Saints Row, which is familiar and fun but also new and refreshing. The world is so interesting and creative and EXCITING to explore, the people, the colours, the designs. The side jobs are cool, I've had some rather unique and amusing experiences. I played all 3 intros quickly just to see what they were like and enjoyed them. The main story so far is very interesting (Jackie best boy, Johnny is a gremlin but I love him too). Running out of characters so, MAIN FAULTS: Give me a walk toggle. I'm using a keyboard. PC, duh? LET ME WALK! Key rebinds: stop hardcoding them. It's 2020 come on it's not hard it's MEANT TO BE 2077 FFS!
