I am giving it 2 stars because the songs from the clubs in Propast are not included. Why are they not included? Otherwise it is a nice soundtrack.
It seems that they have fixed the frame rate issue in linux mint. So far the game seems superb. I will update this review later. But I wanted to let people know the frame rate issue was fixed.
I ma giving this stupid thing one star because it does not work! On mint 18.2 cinnamon it wouldn't work at all. On mint 18.3 it started to work. Then I had the audacity, THE AUDACITY!!!, to try out the high settings on the graphics options. Well, that was a mistake. because it froze everything up. And after two complete reinstalls, one after completely re-downloading the tar file, it still gives me the black screen of nothing after the bloober, the next screen, and the screen that says observer. Apparently it saves the settings somewhere on my system so that even after reinstall it will not allow me to change the graphics setting. Right after the screen that says "Observer"... there is nothing. Just black. And I have to do hard shut downs just to get my computer to shut down. Are the a-holes that made this POS going to do anything about any damage to my hardware from the 10+ hard shutdowns I have had to do as I was trying different things to get this sorry POS to work? NO! And is GOG actually going to provide support?! NO! I have already waited 4 or 5 days since my original ticket. Now I will go file a new ticket... I wonder if they will ever reply to any of them. F-ing stupid. Completely F-ing stupidly programmed game. I mean, they can't even get the sorry graphics settings set up right so that you can correct if you raise them too high. I have NEVER had this happen with ANY game before. With any other game this would simply make it run slow. Not so with Observer, the system damaging garbage pile of a game!
