I have been playing this game for 20+ years and I keep coming back to it. So when GOG announced this "update" to it, I snatched it up sight unseen. Fortunately for me, since I already own OUWB, I only squandered $4.99 on it. OK, so I can play it full screen on my QHD monitor. No, that's not right; I can't actually play it. I can't configure the controls to work the way I've been used to. Where is my strafe control binding for the right mouse button? How am I supposed to adjust to playing without it? Fix it and I might give it another try. In the meantime, it's just taking up disk space.
