The game is bogged down by uninteresting kill/collect quests, broken skills and progression systems. But the world is Cyberpunk is like no other, it's vast and fantastic and you can get lost in it. The music only powers this fantastic journey. The main story and accociated side quests are all top tier and allows you to experience one of the best campaigns in any video game. You feel genuinely scared where the story might go and the negatives of this fantastic game quickly vanish.
It has more than a lot of issues, initial pacing is horrendous and leaves you somewhat bored. It's certainly not boring, but it felt like 3 hours of going through dialogue (Some of which sparking a few chuckles). There are 2 combat mode, space battle (Think Nier Automata air combat) and turn-based tactics ground combat. Both of these combat modes are effected by which waifu you bring along. The combat is flashy but very easy. As you progress you unlock devotion for the character you bring along, Devotion gives you PP for that character and lets you unlock quite well-made sex scenes with said character. The game is charming as hell, self-aware and just a heap of good fun even in it's current rather ragged state. It also has weirdly deep lore which is quite fun to learn about.
