I was excited to play this game when I saw that it was somewhat of a lovecraftian fishing-exploration game, at firts I thought it would only pick my interest for a couple hours, but I'm really invested in it now. The world building, the minigames and the whole gameloop and gameplay is way better than I expected. This is a must if you like a heavy focus on storytelling and exploration.
Stellaris is quite a surprise, you begin playing expecting it to be some sort of crusader kings in space, but it's way more. As things get procedural every playtrough you won't get the same experience twice, but boy you are going to enjoy each and every one of them. There's so many ways to play it, so many approaches to grow, you might decide to be diplomatic and pacifist, or instead a fanatic purifier, or you might enjoy being an assimilator, the possibilities are almost endless. By the time the crisis arrives, you'll have a mature empire, that doesn't mean strong though, and the crisis might burn your empire to the ground because of it. If you want a game that will give you hundreds hours of entertaiment, this is the game for you.
