Compared to good similar games, it is worse on any aspect except graphics. I didn't play at release, I waited years for bugs to go away. I just can't play it. Tried 3 many times. I played with with ultra raytracing and max settings at 100+ fps. -The city feels dead. -The NPC's barely react to you. -No consequences, whatever you do or speak to people. It's an illusion of choices. There are no choices, only lies. -The gameplay is so average (driving, shooting, stealth, hacking, items). -The story is ok but not that interesting. -Whatever you do has no impact. Witcher 3 was amazing on this aspect. -The only good part I see is raytracing and music. These are good. An AAA joke.
