Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader

Great dark fun

If you are a fan of isometric CRPGs but have always wanted them to be a little more grimdark, this is the perfect game for you. Whether you want to burn it all down for the glory of the God Emperor, revel in heretical nonsense, or try (and fail, but still try) to be a good person, Rogue Trader has you covered.

Against the Storm

Soothing but Challenging

If you like puzzles and resource management but don't feel like dealing with a long haul game like Civilization, Against the Storm is a wonderful twist on the city-building formula that plays much faster and will find plenty of ways to challenge you.

Baldur's Gate 3

Truly a TTRPG in CRPG form

You all know this by now, so anything I say is going to be redundant. I've been playing since the beginning of the open beta, and I haven't regretted my purchase at any point.

Vagrus - The Riven Realms

Very impressive & unforgiving

This is the closest I've ever come to a pen-and-paper resource management game, which is a compliment. If you enjoy paying close attention to your resources and the stress of not knowing if you'll make it to your next stop, this game will make you very pleased indeed. The storytelling elements are thoroughly enjoyable, and make for an imminently replayable adventure. I'm very impressed with their work, and would expect that many people who aren't necessarily fans of the play style will find that they enjoy this game more than they anticipated.
