If it comes to storytelling - this game does it just great! It has very unusual control scheme (keep in mind that you almost NEED a controller to play it to experience what this game really is). The only drawback is that it's quite short. You can finish it in 4 hours with not too high replayability. Get it for reduced price and enjoy - you will surely not be disappointed!
Finally there! By far the best part of SimCity series. Get 2000, add better graphics, bigger maps, landmarks and details and you will get 3000.
