I liked this at first, for the most part, but then it really pissed me off. Here is why: 1. There is no unlimited sword hits without freezing from the exhaustion hostage move they put in the game. It feels controlled against the fun and point of swinging the sword. That is stupid! 2. If the above was not frustrating enough, when you get to the second floor, or second part of the game, I got to the boss at the end of the maze floor, and he killed me. I thought, ok, I can restart the boss fight fully healed, as you would expect from a fair and realistic game. OMG, it wants me to redo the entire floor, including all locked doors, enemies and keys from the beginning of that floor! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!!??? NO way. That is part of what I hated about the games over many decades when they did that garbage, especially in the console eras, and it causes play rage! UNINSTALLED. This is not even worth 3 dollars. It is crap!!!

I am a huge fan of the entire Kings Quest series, but I cannot recommend this: The battle system is so awkward, and you cannot even see the entire section or enemy location in the boxes. That alone made me uninstall it. Too bad, because the rest of the game was good. Honestly, this shoud have never been made.

I will mnake this short. I generally love JRPG/RPG/2D games, but the biggest issues I have always had that often take the fun and relaxation out of these games is the following: 1} They always start out reasonable, smooth and fun, but then past the refund period, or close to 30 to 50 percent of the way through, it goes from realistic to too hard and frustrating. 2} Game makers seem to think everyone wants games that hold you hostage and piss you off! NO WE DO NOT. Fun to me is being relaxed, not having to overthink and be stressed. 3) There is places in this game that are literally so frustrating, I stopped finally and uninstalled it. There is NO way this is fun. I cannot recommend this. Note: One big reason why I think people use cheats, trainers and pirate. I am not advocating piracy. But I think I know why many do it. They do not want to pay for games they cannot refund when the game gets too hard, past the refund period, or they are tired of trying out games and waiting for their money to come back. It is an absolute hassle. Make games with the ability to support all types of players. We would appreciate it.

I am a huge fan of the RPG/especially 2D JRPG, but I could not get into this game, even after playing it for a half hour. My big issues: 1) I detest anything that looks and feels like Minecraft, even if I decided to give the game a chance, and I still hate this style. 2) It does not allow me to turn right and left. 3) I cannot find how to get to higher areas to get items, or go higher. I can only jump so far. 4) There was never any map or journal and "things to do" directly showing where to go. It just feels odd, and lost. This is a HORRIBLE game, even thogh the sound is amazing. That is the only thing going for it. I cannot understand how anyone likes these games. They are too awkward, and do not feel natural.

As much as I love and respect Ken and Roberta Williams for the innovations in PC gaming in the past, I cannot recommend this game. Even on the TV excerpt playing in the house you enter, she admits things that not all people will like about games. First problem: the map does not show where you are, which can prevent you from getting lost and constantly backtracking, or fall without seeing in front of you. I died from a fall while in the first area where the wand is. At that point, the game is not good for me. I uninstalled it. This will frustrate me and piss me off to keep playing.

There should be strict laws against selling anything that is poor quality. This game is full of bugs and glaring issues!!! If you are going to make a game, test it completely and make sure it's 100 percent free of ALL bugs and problems BEFORE you release it! You will just get people want to ask for a refund to begin with. This is one of many obvious reasons why there is piracy.
