yes its old. it's also dense the way an open world should be...
not as good as the first, but a little funnier.
yes there are some balance issues, but overall a it has good gameplay, good story, A rating. it's a bargin if you get it on sale.
Really enjoying it in early accsesses. Seems like a quality studio, so with polishing before full release it should be great and a very reasonable price.
