4 is quite a bit different than 3. The class progression for heroes is interesting. The lack of a unique trait for each hero is dissapointing though. Basically every hero needs combat. But, combat make the worst classes. Having the heroes on the battlefield is cool, but has some balance issues. The thing that bugs me the most is the dwellings in towns. That fact that you have to choose which level 2, 3, and 4, dwelling to get in each town makes it so that you end up with some worthless stacks sometimes.
