Please note my review isn't based on the GOG version of Creatures:The Albian Years. Mine came from Indie Gala's past bundle, where a few Creature games were offered. The problem I have is that this one barely installed, then wouldn't run. Perhaps the GOG version has been updated, tweaked, and made amazing, but my one didn't function. Also, some of the files dated back to 1996 - yes, that is how old this game is. Maybe it runs smooth on XP, but for me on Windows 7 64bit, the installation took an age (yes, an old game gobbled upto 8 gigs of RAM!), and then refused to initialise. Having played creatures in the past, it was fun, but trying to run it on a newer machine could offer problems.
