The No Man's Sky NEXT update sounds great on paper... until you find out that the GOG.com version doesn't support online multiplayer, unlike versions released to other vendors. Furthermore, the (eventual) online multiplayer support for the GOG.com version will be implemented using GOG Galaxy, which will prevent you from playing with people who have purchased the game from other vendors.
