Full disclosure, I refunded this about 6-7 hours in. GOG were gracious enough to approve it. If you are considering buying this do not do it. If you bought this, what you'd get is a fully priced open world action-RPG game with basically no content in said open world, shallow combat and shallow progression mechanics. The lip syncing is bad, there are like 5 NPC models and some of the textures are more low-res looking than in the 2004 game. I'd say what was released is bordering on a scam and serious action needs to be taken to fix this mess. The original team needs to be hired back to consult The Chinese Room so the actual content is added, the game is expanded and the people get what they paid for, No Man's Sky style. Why 2 stars instead of 1? The traversal is fun and Seattle actually works well as the hub for this installment. The Eastern European cultural prescence was surprising and interesting. The romanian haematologist and the bulgarian pawn shop guy were both cool. The toreador primogen lady had an interesting prescence that reminded me of VIvienne from Dragon Age 3.
