Broken Sword - Shadow of the Templars: Reforged

What do you think about this sewer key?

Only in adventure games can you get such special character interactions. There is more dialogue about sewer keys and clown noses than there is about the plot lol > Does this toilet chain I got from a bar in Syria mean anything to you? > No > What do you think about this charred tissue paper I found on the side of the road? > Nothing > Do you think there's any significance to this plastic red ball I dug out of the garbage? > ...

Syberia II

An improvement on the first

First, I love the atmosphere and surreal like nature of the environment and characters. The voice acting is pretty great for the most part with Kate Walker being the standout as usual. The first was a jumbled mess of ideas but an endearing mess of ideas. Found the 2nd entry to be much more coherent and cohesive as a singular project while still maintaining the same endearing quality. I hear the 3rd is a pretty big step down but I hope they're wrong.

Syberia

Foundational point and click experience

The Syberia series has such a distinct vibe that you can't find anywhere else, even in other point and click titles. Truly foundational for adventure games.
