SimCity™ 2000 Special Edition

Simcity 2000

Disappointed with the graphics as very basic and no way to adjust to my screen resolution. Think it's set to 640 x 480 so very blocky and the game play window is even smaller. So I would wait for SimCity 3000

Myst Masterpiece Edition

Myst

I was hoping for full screen graphics, but this version runs in a graphics box enviroment and resolution is low. Game works well but lacks the visuals it might have had

Screamer

Screamer

Good trip down memory lane. After setting the game to run in XP mode under Win 7 64bit the game loads. I set the graphics to highest, but is still blocky, back when it was released 1024 x 768 must have been hi-rez. Plays OK on my netbook and good racing game for short blasts

Serious Sam: The First Encounter

one of the best games

This was one of the first good co-op games, where two or more players can work through the game together. The engine is so good the graphics run very smooth on 1024 x 768 under Win-7 64 bit on my Acer netbook. Along with Syberia, these are two of the best games and ideal for portable gaming. Did try the HD version of SS but that needs a reasonable graphics card, so this version is ideal for older PC'S or laptops/netbooks. Game play is simple, just blast everything, yet there's enough to work on to keep you wanting more, so a well balanced game. Highly recomdended.
