My biggest regret in gaming. I requested for a refund after 3 BSODs, crashes and experiencing enough of this buggy mess but it didn't pushed trough because I pre ordered a physical copy. Initially I was asked if I would like GOG wallet credits as a form of refund , I agreed because I still want to support GOG DRM Free platform and atleast be able to continue playing a game bought from GOG as a replacement to this buggy mess during my 2 week holiday. I waited then I received a reply with them saying that they didn't received any funds for this game so they can't proceed with the refund. In other words: we have not received funds for the game and are unable to return funds that we have not received.
