Just wanted to say, this game worked fine for me on an up to date Windows 11 machine with no tweaks or mods required. I remember buying this game when it came out, but it ran so slowly I gave up. Now it runs smoothly; it is a simplistic game and so best saved for those seeking nostalgia of it's original release, and some of the old 40K style.
