This game's introduction played better than almost all of the other games I have played, period. I was almost immediately invested, and the prologue is incredible. Now, all of the bad stuff is semi-true. I, personally, experienced very minor graphical glitches and two crashes. Kind of annoying, to be sure, but I don't really mind. The controls are not great, but they are workable. I've played games with WAY worse controls. So yes, at first look, the tech issues are very off-putting. I feel that; however, if you are like me, and that doesn't bother you much, you will very much enjoy this game. If pure game-play and graphics are not your 1st priority, you will probably like this game just fine. Just don't get your expectations get the best of you. I EXPECT newly released triple A games to have bugs. In a perfect world, that wouldn't be the case, and believe me, I wish we did live in a perfect world. So is my expectation pessimistic and not holding game developers up to the standard that I should? Maybe. Depends on who you talk to. I think of it merely as a realistic expectation. I typically don't play games until at least 6 months after they come out for this very reason. Given that I expected bugs, and given that the bugs I did encounter didn't really bother me, AND given that the delays didn't bother me either, I love this game. If you feel in any way similar to me, you will love this game, too.
