I spent more of my childhood in Caesar 3 than I would ever admit in front of my parents. While I still love that game, there are some aspects of it that just haven't aged that well. And that's where Citadelum comes in. This game is Caesar 3 in its glorified version plucked straight from my childhood memories, here to let the spirit of past live on in modern times.
