This game was a blastwhen it was first released and it's a blast now. However it loses a star for requiring some trickery to get working with Windows 11 (none of which are in GOG's support article). Here were the steps that worked for me: 1) Install manually via downloadable installer. 2) Navigate to the folder with the game. 3) Rename "CARMA2_HW" to "CARMA2_FIXED" (or any other name you want). 4) Right click your renamed file and check "Run as Administrator". Click OK. 5) Launch "CARMA2_FIXED". 6) Enjoy. This would be easy for GOG to fix. I wish they saved me the muck around.
