If you've played one of the "Sim" games, this game will feel familiar. But you get to be a small time, petty dictator! The tutorial is useful. I have played a few of the games in the campaign and they have been enjoyable. I gave 4 stars due to similarity to Sims games and I don't think that this will be particularly replayable. Enjoy!
Graphics are age appropriate: mid 90s. Mechanics of the game are easy. No challenging details to master. Difficulty can be adjusted by ramping up or down prestige. The AI is rather predictable which is good or bad depending on your perspective. I play occasionally, whenever I get bored with less challenging games. Thowing a tank at weakened units for an overrun to watch them blow up never seems to get old!
